Profile 20100804 pipe fitting and orbital welding Belgium and assembly in Romania
For a major project in Belgium we are looking for Romanian workers that will be dethatched on a contract basis (3-4 million Euro).
The project consist of a subassembly in Romania were the materials are provided in containers. You assemble the materials and ship them back to the yard. In Belgium your team will assemble the units under the supervision of the main contractor.
In the first step you need to take a decision : do I want to work on this project. I will help you to get the contracts and do the follow up during execution – the value is around 3-4 million euro in a first estimate in a period of 12 months.

1. Assembly of delivered materials in Romania
The work load will contain about 50 assemblies.
It is a typical assembly of pipes in inox in small diameters (orbital welding).
The pre-assembled units are packed in Romania and shipped to Belgium
2. Teams for assembly in Belgium
10 teams that consist of 2 pipe fitters and 2 orbital welders who can also weld normally.
They need have to be VCA certificate (we can help you to obtain these certificates per worker – is easy)
They have to be ASME PBE certified. The material is Inox in max 3mm. This certificate can be obtained in Romania.
It is a "clean" environment so they need some experience in Pharmaceuticals, Bio technology or clean Food Production or you need to train them.
Timing
The tender & contract will be done in September but we need to provide prices in august.
The payment conditions will be flexible so that the gap of pre-financing is closed (I negotiated this measure so that the Romanian companies can focus on their competence under relatively good financing conditions).
The client will select the workers in Romania and then you will take the certificates for the selected workers and apply fro the E101/A1.
The works start in January 2011 and they will have at least 12 months.
I will help you 200% to win this project and assist you with the works in Belgium.
I ask that intermediates leave this proposal. We can only work with construction/welding companies that have experience in pipe fitting and pharmaceutical or chemical plants or similar environment (food, etc…).
