 Hello Evandros, a friend told me about this site , i am 26 years and i am a welder for almoust 8 years, I worked last year for 10 months at a rafinery in Holland , now i'm in romania looking for work , i have TUV and ISCIR certificates , aswell the welder education diploma . The company offers free acomodation and meals??? if yes how many persons per room and how many meals/day, and wich are the conditions to reach the 12euro/hour point ?

thanks for informing us , as we do our work for money , explaining the salary is a good thing. You say you pay the welder by inches/day right? for example if there is nothing to weld, the welder gets no money? if 5 hours out 10 hours per day he has to wait for pipefitters do give him work , he gets half of salary that day??? and the welder becomes very stressed due this, if ge gets fixed position pipes he will weld less than a welder that gets pipes that he can be rotated , i worked in rafinery and i was payd by hour(10 euro/h, 400 euro/month money for food and acomodation),the holandeese welders where payed over 25 e/h and they where welding less than us romanians, i was doing about 35-45 inches of welding per day , but the quality had to be 1st , and as for getting payed by inches is for greedy boses or for welders that are not under suveilance by a foreman(arch time counter monted on machines is used often ). I don't know if i explained it right, also 8 euro/hour for rafinery welding and no meals is not worth leaving home country, thanks

Orice firma care cere bani pt procesarea dosarelor sau pt diferite motive sigur dar foarte sigur sunt TZEAPA
Asa ca bagati bine la cap. Nu da-ti bani avans si nici nu cadeti in plasa lor cu vrajeala ca orice firma care se respecta si este cu adevarat o companie respectata si cu renume asigura angajatilor pe toatat perioada incepand de la semnarea contractului pana la incheierea de comun acord al acestui contract asistenta atat financiara cat si morala. Si ar fi : din ziua in care pleci si de la semnarea contractului, transport de la domiciliul angajatului pana la aeroport transport,bilet de avion din tara pana la locul de munca si invers in tara in care se desfasoara activitatea,cat si in cazuri extreme cand avionul este anulat si sau are intarzieri angajatul nu va fi lasat ca un gunoi in aeroport si va fi dus la cel mai apropiat hotel de aeroport pana la plecarea avionului.
Cu respect un sudor care a avut parte de tot ce va scriu si va invat. Puneti stop plecarilor pe 9 euro la ora. Aveti idee cat gastica un sudor in strainatate? Aveti idee ca sudori romani sunt printre ce-i mai cautati?
Stiati ca la ora actuala lumea se afla in criza de sudori? si ca marile tari pe unde noi visam sa ajungem platesc si 30 de euro pe ora pt un sudor bun? ca sudori lor nu mai muncesc pe minim 35-40 euro pe ora?
Asa ca fratii mei de breasla bagati la cap daca vreti sa ajungeti bine si sa nu munciti in conditii improprii si sa dormiti cate 7 intr-o camera de 5 m patrati.
Un sudor roman tre sa munceasca minim 10 euro pe ora. Ganditiva bine la e va spun.

salut grigman cred ca exagerezi putin dar iti pot spune ca in legatura cu salariul in strainatate este adevarat.eu am luat si 50 de euro pe ora adica in jur de 7500 euro pe luna daca vb de aceleasi tari. dar fara agentie si firme intermediere, este greu de crezut pentru unii dar este adevarat  Dar fiecare este cu sansa lui in viata.Unii sunt disperati de banii si strica preturile, imi pare rau sa spun asta dar suntem romani cu foarte multe calitati proaste.

fratilor om de treba este ela care te plateste ca atare. eu am venit astazi in tara de la grecul asta, am stat acolo 2 zile si ma-m ingrozit ce am vazut acolo, toti sunt stresati nimeni nu vorbeste, nu pot sa ia o pauza pentru ca au morma, daca nu faci norma nu se stie daca iei bani astia si pe alta parte poti sa fii cel mai bun daca nu ti-a iesit o sudura te trimit acasa nu numai grecul si agentul roman sunt doua agentii. i wonder who pay you all to do this in the most offers(except some offers from ajents).for sure an ajent gives you money for this but i dont know who.because to other offers with litlle money than my offer you did not say nothing .and you know what we say in greece?when you can not to do something you only lauphing with this.i thik that you dont have the skills to take out this job .and also you are lauphing with aramis ,but aramis is 22 years old and he work in prefebrication for refinery .can you do this?40 persons came for the test and only aramis passed.think aramis after this project .he will have the skills to work everywhere in the world and he can ask for as money as he wants.as for you all better go to wash some dishes to mac-donalds.

hello noobie ,i dont believe that romanians are bad welders .it has to do with in which job they were pactised before.not all people are able or have the skills,if you want,to work in refieries and prefabrication to 2''-60'' pipes.and many welders romanians ,bulgarians etc. working allready in other projects.and as about aramis ,dont you think that this is a good oportunity in his age this kind of job?as practise .think aramis after 1 year what orizons he will have in this type of job.this project is refinery ,i have another project in refinery in another city,and next year i will have one airport (all the pipes) in greece.i think that for that project (airport) i will find good welders from romania very easy.whats your opinion?

AS for the greek welders there are no greek argon welders.there is also no academy or other kind of school in greece for welders,also for pipe fitters .all greek welders learned how to weld by them selves.we have only academies for engineers.FOR my offer now i am waiting this week for 25 certified skilled romanian welders to come.but my offer is still valid because i need at least 50 welders,20 pipe fitters,15 electrode welders and at about 25 helpers for this project only.

I want you to understand with my message that only you can fix your salaries,nobody else.If i go to take one project the contractors you think that they give me to see their highest offers?wrong they give me offers they had from romanian companies with 6-7-8 euros per hour.i am not responsible for this and when i get good money i will also give good money,i and every company work with percent ,and i know what percent i will win after one project.for me if i can get 15 euros per hour i will give them to my people ,because if people are happy and satisfied then i will be too.you think that i want to lose people or to bring hundrends of romanian here and keep only 50 person.this cost me a lot of money my friend everytime(500) euros for everyone only for the tests and qualification,except transportation rooms and all the others.IF POSSIBLE SOMEBODY PLEASE TRANSLATE MY 2 MESSAGES IN ROMANIAN.THANKS.

ok imi pare rau daca am gresit cu ceva ci doar am zis ce am simtit daca teai simtit jignit imi cer inca odata scuze e o vb cica cei care se uras ajung cei mai buni prieteni si de multe ori asa se int treaba cu scrisu numi arde sa scriu corect dupa 12 ore de tolaj sunt terminat daca vrei sa ma crezi nu mai zic am prins si shoot down la rafinarie mia rupt capu numai pan reactor ma calarit am vrut sa fac un filmulet dar sti cum e daca te prind astia te zboara acasa dar promit daca ma mai duc sa fac unnu sa vada cei care nu au avut parte de asa ceva cum e pan reactor
