I think you misunderstood!
I had bigger offers from other companies,but now when the company gives us less and we put this.
While there are people who want to work with 6euro/H This is not our problem.
And you even check the market? much things have changed.
if you can not get used to it that your problem is not our problem.
quality of our welders:take more samples go through to get to the site, we test them and employer test the welder.

can anyone tell me why romanians prefer to pay agents to hire them ?(those that they are lucky).for example in all sites that i post my offer(many job sites) i had messages only from agents who promise me exactly the same that they promise to you.most of them are liers and i know that you pay them to prepare your papers for example.also they took and some euro from your salary every month .why you pay to work?

in another project that i had before 2 years i trust one big agency.this agency sent me the right people for my job ,but you know what happened after 2 months?the people asked from me to come to work with me without the agency(which is illegal because i had a contract with the agent) and of course i denied and people left.and you know why this happened?because the agent took every day 1 hour from them for breaks (cofee time -lunch-cofee-time).or when i gave bonus never arrived to their pockets.also i know many others that worked 1 year without INSURANCE for example.tell me your opinion about this please.

incetul cu incetul vad ca linia de hotar dintre sudura mig/mag si sudura wig/tig se doreste a fi indepartata din ce in ce mai insistent de catre angajatori in primul rand si in al doilea rand de catre noi sudorii acceptand preturile oferite. Totusi orice oferta trebuie luata in seama,nu! Dar,oare o tratam ca atare? numai bine........ si sa fi-ti respectati ..... :

raspuns pt -valentinvoicu2009-, fapt pt care imi cer scuze de intarziere. In postarea mea nu faceam decat sa dezaprob preturile oferite pt tipurile de sudura mai sus mentionate,deorece diferenta dintre cele doua aproape ca nu mai exista. Si asta nu e deloc normal. Nu stiu cum D-zeu altii pot face aceasta diferenta. Si vin cu un exemplu: Firma romaneasca(plasatoare) ne trimite spre o firma belgiana(tot plasatoare),iar in final la beneficiar. Si culmea ne mai da si 14 euro/ora, cazare ,masa,transport,masina de serviciu. Cu un program de 8h/zi (L-J) si vineri doar 7,5h. Toate astea pentru Wig/Tig. Si sa nu zica cineva ca asta a fost odata,pt ca am aproape o luna de cand am venit acasa,si ca astfel de preturi au ''apus''. In concluzie e bine sa n-i se ofere preturi rezonabile ,dar diferite pt ca si tipurile de sudura sunt diferite. Sa fiti RESPECTATI.......NUMAI BINE
