AS for the greek welders there are no greek argon welders.there is also no academy or other kind of school in greece for welders,also for pipe fitters .all greek welders learned how to weld by them selves.we have only academies for engineers.FOR my offer now i am waiting this week for 25 certified skilled romanian welders to come.but my offer is still valid because i need at least 50 welders,20 pipe fitters,15 electrode welders and at about 25 helpers for this project only.

DANYNYO i am sorry but i dont speak romanian ,thats why i write in english.now for my offer my friend noobie ,i found people but from a romanian company .we will do the project together.it is not an agency it is a construction company like mine.but i still want to come people directly to me.you think this is bad?and as for the hole which i came from ,i believe that your hole where you came from is more deeper and you dont have inside there the luck to meet civilized people thats why you talk like this.return now to your cofee shop there in holland and we discuss when the smoke is going dowh.

I want you to understand with my message that only you can fix your salaries,nobody else.If i go to take one project the contractors you think that they give me to see their highest offers?wrong they give me offers they had from romanian companies with 6-7-8 euros per hour.i am not responsible for this and when i get good money i will also give good money,i and every company work with percent ,and i know what percent i will win after one project.for me if i can get 15 euros per hour i will give them to my people ,because if people are happy and satisfied then i will be too.you think that i want to lose people or to bring hundrends of romanian here and keep only 50 person.this cost me a lot of money my friend everytime(500) euros for everyone only for the tests and qualification,except transportation rooms and all the others.IF POSSIBLE SOMEBODY PLEASE TRANSLATE MY 2 MESSAGES IN ROMANIAN.THANKS.
